Thank you for choosing products of IdEverest.com . In order to provide you with more satisfactory service and better protect your rights, please read this regulation carefully.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please feel freely to contact us by email [email protected] anytime.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. We strive to ensure that every product we produce meets our high standards and satisfies our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is necessary. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for such situations.

Refund Issues

a) Quality Issues: If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications you provided during the order process or contains errors made on our part, we offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 10 of receiving the product, and we will promptly address the issue.

b) Delivery Issues: In case of delivery delays beyond the estimated delivery date or non-delivery of your order, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.

c) Change of Mind: We understand that plans can change. If you decide to cancel your order before we start the production process, we will provide a full refund. However, once the production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Returns Policy

a) Our Product are custom-made to your specifications. As a result, we cannot accept returns for products that meet the provided specifications and do not have any errors on our part.

b) If you believe that the Product you received does not meet the specifications you provided or contains errors made on our part, please contact us within 10 of receiving the product. We will review the issue and may request additional information or images to verify the claim. If the mistake is on our part, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] . Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue you encountered. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the process.

Exceptions

a) We cannot issue refunds or replacements for the Product that were confiscated or seized by authorities due to unlawful use.
b) We do not encourage any illegal activities, and our products should not be used for fraudulent purposes.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use appointed shipping method or agency and provide the tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

Items or gift cards are non-refundable ;

Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable ;

Product beyond 30 days after arrival ;

Product return with no reason ;

Product damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, etc.

General Return Process

Request a return: Please email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 Business Working days.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems Issue (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

No restocking fee to be charged to the buyers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] .

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
