1. Product and Services
· Scope of Services: We provide custom card solutions, including RFID cards (low and high-frequency), proximity cards, magnetic stripe cards, and fully customized card designs tailored to your branding needs.
· Customization: For customized designs, clients must provide accurate specifications, logos, and brand elements. Any delays in providing required materials may impact delivery timelines.
2. Pricing and Payment
· Pricing: All prices are listed in dollar and may vary based on card type, quantity, and level of customization. Taxes and shipping fees are additional unless otherwise stated.
· Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
· Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, digital payment options, etc..
3. Order Processing and Delivery
· Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Customized orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.
· Shipping: Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance for international shipments.
· Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details once their order is dispatched.
4. Returns and Refunds
· Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Custom cards with errors due to incorrect information provided by the client are non-refundable.
· Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
· Non-Returnable Items: Customized cards, including those with branding, chip programming, or custom artwork, are not eligible for returns unless defective.
5. Intellectual Property
· Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure that all logos, designs, and materials provided for customization do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
· Ownership: Designs created by Next Access Co., Ltd. for client projects remain the property of the client upon payment. However, we retain the right to showcase non-confidential designs in our portfolio.
6. Warranty and Liability
· Warranty: We guarantee our cards are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days after delivery.
· Limitations: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or third-party equipment compatibility issues.
7. Order Cancellations
· Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Customized orders may incur cancellation fees based on the progress of design or production.
8. Privacy Policy
· We are committed to protecting your personal and business information. All data provided for order processing is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Changes to Terms
· Next Access Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
